When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).

Billing information.

Subscription payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers; we retain only what is necessary for billing history, such as the plan, amount, date, and a payment reference ID.

Project content.

We store the pages, designs, and assets you create in the builder so that you can access, edit, save, and export them.

Usage and device data.

We automatically collect limited technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

• To provide, maintain, and secure the builder, dashboard, and export tools;
• To process subscription payments and maintain billing records;
• To respond to support requests and account inquiries;
• To send service-related notices (billing receipts, security alerts, policy updates);
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use;
• To understand feature usage and improve the Service over time.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect core functionality such as staying logged in to the builder.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate the Service — for example, infrastructure hosting and payment processing — under confidentiality and data-processing obligations;
• When required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or governmental request;
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of FrontAlign, our users, or the public;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your information.

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records (such as billing history) for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed credential storage — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most account information directly from your dashboard, or contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our hosting and payment providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect information transferred internationally.

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
